Media buying judged on revenue, not reach.
We run Facebook and Instagram spend inside your account, with your card, on your data. Creative testing, clean account structure, tracking that survives iOS - and a weekly report that shows what the money bought.

What you get
The unglamorous work that makes spend efficient.
-
A free audit before you commit We go through your account before you pay us anything and tell you what's wrong with it. Sometimes the answer is that your targeting is fine and your creative is the problem.
-
Account structure rebuilt Consolidated campaigns, clean naming, budget where the algorithm can actually use it. Most accounts we inherit are fragmented into learning-phase purgatory.
-
Tracking that survives iOS Pixel plus Conversions API, deduplicated properly, with offline and CRM events fed back in. If the data going in is wrong, nothing downstream matters.
-
Creative testing on a real cadence New hooks in every week, structured so you learn which angle won rather than which video happened to get spend. Our clipping team feeds the queue.
-
Landing pages that match the ad When an angle wins, the page it points at changes to match - because our web team is down the hall, not on a different invoice.
-
Reporting in money Spend, revenue, blended ROAS and cost per acquisition. Impressions and reach are in the appendix where they belong.
How it runs
First 30 days.
STEP 01
Audit and fix tracking
Week one is unglamorous: audit the account, fix the pixel, stand up the Conversions API, verify events fire and deduplicate. We don't scale spend on broken data.
STEP 02
Rebuild and launch
New account structure, first creative slate, controlled budget. We start narrow enough to read the results and widen once something works.
STEP 03
Test, cut, concentrate
Weekly creative drops, weekly reporting, losing ads killed fast. Budget concentrates on the angles that hold, and we tell you what we learned, not just what we spent.
Pricing
Priced on the size of the account.
What we charge depends on your spend, how much creative you need each month, and how much of the tracking is already in place. We will tell you on the call, and put it in writing after.
Fixed price, agreed in writing before any work starts. No hourly billing.
Questions
About the ad account.
Yours. We get partner access to your Meta Business Manager. Your billing, your pixel, your data, your history. When we stop working together, you lose nothing - which is the whole point.
There is a floor, and it depends on your offer and how many creatives we need to test. Below a certain spend there is not enough data volume to test creative honestly, and you would be paying us to guess. We will tell you where that line sits for you on the call, rather than take a retainer we know will not work.
Tracking is fixed in week one. First honest read on creative is usually week three to four, once campaigns are out of the learning phase. Anyone promising a result in seven days is showing you a fluke or a lie.
Yes. Copy and static creative are included. Video comes from our clipping team, cut specifically for ad placements - that's a big part of why the bundle works.
We tell you, in the weekly report, before you have to ask. If after 90 days the channel genuinely isn't viable for your offer, we'll say that and help you wind it down instead of quietly billing another quarter.

Give us read access for a week. We'll send back what's broken and what we'd do about it - no obligation, no pitch deck.
